    Egg White Recipes

Once you've made recipes with egg yolks (best when yolks fresh), what can you do with the egg whites? Don't waste them; make these egg white recipes. Whites are a good source of protein.
Storage: first store whites covered in the fridge for up to 4 days. Whites also freeze well – so store them for later and defrost thoroughly before ready to use.
