    Easy Teatime Recipes

    Mostly French teatime recipes, known as le goûter or quatre-heures in France, the official snack around 4 o'clock.

    Unlike a much more substantial British afternoon tea with cakes, scones and savoury sandwiches, the French teatime consists of lighter teacakes, biscuits or cookies, a slice of cake, tart or a pastry.
