    Fish and Seafood

    Collection of fish and seafood recipes using either fresh, whole fish fillets or tinned, ideal if on a budget. Ideal served with beurre blanc sauce, homemade tartare sauce, wasabi mayonnaise and an apple horseradish sauce, excellent with smoked salmon.
    Many of the recipes are under seasonal categories to respect sustainable fishing (e.g. French monkfish, salmon or mackerel except in winter).
