    Chocolate

    A collection of easy and healthy chocolate recipes using chocolat (pron. 'shokolah' in French). Most recipes use dark (bittersweet) chocolate and are reduced in sugar to appreciate the produce's quality - from various mousses, cookies, hot chocolate, cakes to crumbles. In France, many chocolate French desserts are served with a thin custard, Crème Anglaise.
