    Mediterranean Food

    Collection of Mediterranean food and dishes around a healthy diet of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts, legumes and fresh herbs. Lean proteins are from fish and seafood, eggs, and poultry with healthy fats mainly from olive oil. Potatoes are also included, as is dairy (cheese, milk and yoghurt). The Mediterranean diet limits sweets (no added sugar) and red meats.
