Collection of Egg Yolk Recipes by number of yolks

Collection of egg yolk recipes by number of leftover yolks. Yolks are best when fresh so use straight away or chill (covered with a little water). Chill or freeze the whites for later to make egg white recipes.

Yolks are healthy, loaded with a high nutritional density for being so low in calories: with protein, minerals such as zinc, iron and selenium, antioxidants, and vitamins such as A, D, E, K, and the B group. They also contain healthy fats with omega-3, and one of the best sources of choline, a crucial nutrient for brain health and liver function.
